Fairways Homeowners Association at Bay Point, Inc. must receive a written or electronic (email) request for an estoppel certificate from a parcel owner or the parcel owner’s designee, or a parcel mortgagee or the parcel mortgagee’s designee for it to be an official request. The subject must state: “Estoppel Certificate Request” |
